Full refund within 7 days. After 7 days, 50% refund for unused portion.

Full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Live Study Group

Full refund within 3 days. Printed study guide must be returned.

Real Deal NP 1-Day Prep

No refunds. You may switch to another course one time for free. Additional switches incur a $99 fee.

Printed Study Guides

Full refund within 24 hours before shipping. No refunds once shipped.

Products With No Refund

• Digital downloads (tip sheets, study guides) once accessed
• Products after their refund window has passed
• Products where substantial content has been consumed
